The shooting of Salman Khan starrer Ek Tha Tiger took place in the high security Parliament Street area in Delhi on Saturday. The film, being directed by Kabir Khan, also stars actor Katrina Kaif. While Salman’s scenes are being shot at various locations in Central Delhi over the weekend, the Delhi schedule does not feature Katrina as yet.
Ek Tha Tiger marks the entry of Salman in the Yashraj Films banner, known to be a strong bastion of rival Shah Rukh Khan. The film, in which Salman is tipped to play a secret agent, was earlier shot in five countries, including Ireland and Turkey.
The scene shot in Delhi on Saturday shows Salman, clad in a black shirt and trousers with a bag slung over the shoulder, with a visible injury on the face. The film was earlier slated for release in June 2012 but is now pushed to August.
